    I moved across the street from this vacant lot in August and will be here at least for the next year. I am presently working for the Direct Service wing of Philabundance and I am trying to clear this lot on my off days (Sunday and Monday). I hope to open it up as a space that can serve multiple purposes which will benefit the community. I'm interested in a free hot breakfast/ hot soup distributions in the winter and discussing other ways that the space can perform with the members of the community. I am still struggling to chase down some legitimate contact information on the owner, who is listed as 1700 Master Street LLC. If someone can help me out with some contact info., I will reach out to the owner and try to come to an agreement. I will ask around the neighborhood and either way, I will start clearing some space and I'm sure they will emerge over time. If you'd like to pitch in, I can't promise this will go anywhere substantial, but we will be adding value to the neighborhood by clearing it of tall, thick weeds which are monopolizing a space that no one is presently benefiting from.     Thanks Mathen. It's a big help and I'll send something out to them on Monday. I'd love to learn how you chased down a hard address for them if you'd care to share. The whole lot has been cleared since I returned from work today (not by me), so there's been a ton of progress.

    Amy Laura from GJLI/Grounded, here. I am looking at resources for folks to track down corporate addresses. I plugged this LLC name into the Department of State website and came up with this address:

    I have sent out letters to the two different addresses that have been researched by other members who generously dedicated their time. I have yet to receive any type of response. I will continue to try to pick up debris at a faster rate than it accumulates and if there is still no response by next week, I will send out another, letter to both addresses and write to my City Councilman as well. This letter will be less introductory and more direct. Things are crawling along, but they are happening nevertheless.
